Service Level Agreement – Social Media Management

Client: Anita Narayan (Four Points by Sheraton)

This digital marketing agreement has been entered between Anita Narayan (Four Points by Sheraton) and Tiga Design for the scope of social media management for The Bankhead Restaurant & Lounge in Sherwood Park.  

Exact deliverable shall be the following:

Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile (Google My Business)

Post Frequency*:2x/week (1 photo post and 1 reel), with 2 stories per week (depending on the amount of content provided).

*Please note that the above posting frequency will be maintained as long as enough content is provided. Content being images, photos, videos – to be provided by client. If client cannot provide adequate amount of content during the busy season, above post frequency will not be maintained.

Content: 

  • Monthly calendar & strategy including captions and hashtags
  • Photos & video provided by the client
  • Reel editing & post-production

Posting: 

  • All content scheduled and posted for the client

Reporting: 

  • Monthly Analytics

Engagement:

  • Keeping tabs on comments, questions & issues that may arise
  • Engaging with current & potential followers & customers through likes, follows & comments

The cost of the service will be $1000/month for 3 months.  If Ms. Narayan wishes to continue scope beyond 3 months, service cost will be $800/month thereafter. GST will be extra to these costs.

Start Date & Duration

Start date will be June 15, 2023.

 

Payment

100% of payment shall be required at the beginning of the month.

Tiga design prefers to be paid via E-transfer however credit card payment can be processed with an extra 5% of payment gateway fees.

 

Client Terms

Client agrees to provide necessary feedbacks and inputs necessary to start the project & maintain progress. Client must allocate  60-90 min. for strategy and setup details.

Please note if client cannot maintain providing enough content on a weekly basis, then the above posting frequency will not occur through no fault of Tiga Design.  Content being images, photos, videos – to be provided by client.

Disputes

If legal proceedings shall occur for any reason regarding this digital marketing agreement the party prevailing shall have all costs, and fees in connection with that proceeding covered by opposite party.

General

If any terms are found unenforceable in this contract all other terms shall remain in full effect and shall not be altered unless previously agreed between parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Province of Alberta contract laws. Any and all court proceedings regarding this digital marketing agreement will take place at said province with travel expenses not being reimbursed for either party.
