Service Level Agreement – Domain & Site Hosting
Client: Kristy Garnet
This digital marketing agreement has been entered between Kristy Garnet and Tiga Design for the scope of domain & hosting migration to Tiga Design’s platform.
Exact deliverable shall be the following
Domain Migration to Tiga Design Domain Registrar:
kristygarnet.com Cost: CAD $16/year, Note this will not be charged until start of April, 2024
almandinewellness.com Cost: CAD $16/year, Note this will not be charged until start of July, 2024
Hosting Migration to Tiga Design Hosting Platform:
Almandinewellness.com Cost: CAD $50/month if paying yearly ($600/year) or $55/month if paying month to month, Note this will not be charged until start of July, 2024
Included with the hosting service
- Monthly app updates (for apps that have valid subscriptions)
- On-going security monitoring for malware & digital attacks
- 10 email addresses using professional domain
Guarantees:
The above costs will stay the same for minimum 4 years (July 2028).
Start Date & Duration
Start date will be Aug 1, 2023.
Payment
100% of payment shall be required at the beginning of the month of invoicing.
Tiga design prefers to be paid via E-transfer however credit card payment can be processed with an extra 5% of payment gateway fees.
Client Terms
Client agrees to provide necessary credentials as necessary to ensure smooth migration (Google account, current host provider, current domain registrars etc.)
Disputes
If legal proceedings shall occur for any reason regarding this digital marketing agreement the party prevailing shall have all costs, and fees in connection with that proceeding covered by opposite party.
General
If any terms are found unenforceable in this contract all other terms shall remain in full effect and shall not be altered unless previously agreed between parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Province of Alberta contract laws. Any and all court proceedings regarding this digital marketing agreement will take place at said province with travel expenses not being reimbursed for either party.
