Service Level Agreement – On-Page SEO

Client: Laura Gowling

This digital marketing agreement has been entered between Laura Dowling and Tiga Design for the scope of On-Page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for canadianrockiesexperience.com (to be referred as the “Site”). 

Exact deliverable shall be the following:

-an analysis of the Site’s Google Search Console to identify ranked keywords

-an analysis of the Site’s relevant competitors in terms of keywords that they are ranking for

-enhance the Site’s keyword targeting by content reorganization & population (note content copywriting by others)

-strengthen other aspects of on-page SEO as necessary

The cost of the service will be the sum of $1000 ($1050 w/ GST). 

Start Date & Duration

Estimated start date will be Dec. 15, 2022.

Tiga Design estimates 2-4 weeks to complete the analyses and Site enhancements.

Payment

50% of full payment shall be required before the work can be started. The rest will be billed after the report has been generated.

Tiga design prefers to be paid via E-transfer however credit card payment can be processed with an extra 5% of payment gateway fees.

Client Terms

Client agrees to provide necessary feedbacks and inputs necessary to start the project & maintain progress.

For ex. Tiga Design will require the client’s Google Search Console and Google Analytics access.

Disputes

If legal proceedings shall occur for any reason regarding this digital marketing agreement the party prevailing shall have all costs, and fees in connection with that proceeding covered by opposite party.

General

If any terms are found unenforceable in this contract all other terms shall remain in full effect and shall not be altered unless previously agreed between parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Province of Alberta contract laws. Any and all court proceedings regarding this digital marketing agreement will take place at said province with travel expenses not being reimbursed for either party.
